You can easily book your tours directly through our website or by contacting our customer support team. For most of our tours, we offer free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Please check the specific terms on the tour page.
Are hotel pick-up and drop-off services included in the tours?
Yes, most of our premium tours, such as the Desert Safari and Abu Dhabi City Tour, include shared or private hotel pick-up and drop-off services from centrally located hotels in Dubai. Exact pick-up times will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure online payment system. You can also make payments via bank transfer. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.
Is there a specific dress code for the tours?
For most outdoor activities like safaris and boat tours, comfortable and casual clothing is recommended. However, for cultural tours such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, a strict conservative dress code is required: long, loose-fitting clothing covering shoulders and knees, and headscarves for women.
Are your tours suitable for young children and infants?
Many of our tours, like waterparks and city sightseeing, are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. However, certain tours such as the high-speed Jet Ski ride, helicopter tours, or dune bashing in the desert safari have specific age or health restrictions for children and pregnant women.

We highly recommend booking your tours at least 3 to 5 days in advance, especially during the peak tourist season (October to April). Popular activities like helicopter flights, private yachts, and Burj Khalifa tickets have limited availability and tend to sell out quickly.
